I'm not pro so please be understanding :-) Just unpack the files anywhere, select new icon in app or folder's properties. I've made them to replace boring icons of Fallout 4's apps that I use. I say this as somebody who's pretty good at picking up a game and going and somebody who beat the previous 3 fallout games. Few Fallout 4 icons, that can be used for apps or folders.
